Is Soy Good for You?

 

This debate has run for years especially in relation to the effect of plant oestrogens on breast cancer. This article from CNN sums up the pros and cons and my conclusion, though you will make your own, is that naturally produced organic and fermented soy is best so stock up on Tamari and Tofoo.
